Emil has had past experience at successfully marketing software products, including the largest construction safety software suite in the UK. Emil is a holder of e-learning product awards from IOSH and Brandon Hall.

With over 15 years experience in developing learning, development and apprenticeship programmes for some of the UK's most prestigious organisations, Andy has a Masters in Lifelong Learning from the Institute of Education is able to provide strategic direction around apprenticeships and the new standards.

Head of Design, Lasma Ulge, is responsible of the unique look and feel of e-Learning WMB's online training. Lasma has been with e-Learning WMB for 9 years, before this she worked for a number of high profile clients heading up design teams throughout Europe. Her skills include illustration, design, Flash and video editing. Lasma is also accomplished photographer and artist.
